You'll also discover how to review and analyze behavior using customized behavioral metric sheets, designed by The Nonverbal Group.

Increase Your Overall Awareness and Perception

We make the argument that the average person is blind to much of the world around him. Every second, people are communicating volumes of information. Before we attempt to teach you to identify and interpret these signals, we first need to heighten your general awareness level, and help you attain and reinforce the habit of heightened observation. To this end, we'll guide you through a wide range of fascinating and engaging exercises, both live and using video.

Learn and Extensively Practice the Process of Deducing Human Behavior

In the grand scheme of behavioral interactions, one single behavior is relatively meaningless. At The Nonverbal Group, we analyze human behavior through a definite and well-established process. It's essentially about looking for clusters of behaviors. When you first learn about this process, it might seem overwhelming; you'll quickly discover it's quite simple, though – and vital to accurate identification of emotional states and intentions.

An Extensive Review of The Human Body and the Information Which Can be Extracted from Behavioral Observation

This is where you learn to accurately observe and assess behavior. We begin by dividing the body into zones, and then embark on the process of dissecting out behavioral information. You will learn the different ways emotions and intentions are displayed through the human body and face. The learning process is dramatically enhanced through extensive use of five years' worth of behavioral research, captured on video.

Practical Applications

After learning the theories and processes, you'll begin practical application of all you've absorbed. We'll review hours of real-life interactions, recorded on video, breaking them down using everything you've learned: interviews, cocktail parties, first dates, meetings – even interrogations.

Reinforce and Practice

Developing any skill requires practice. We will help you build and strengthen your new skill set through a wide range of take-home exercises. These include more than 100 hours of video-recorded human interactions for you to analyze. We also offer you the opportunity to return for refresher courses – whenever you like, and at no additional charge. Classes are held every month.
